plinio® TL is built on a method we have applied by hand for more than 20 years of agency work. It does not invent anything new – it makes our judgement repeatable, daily, and over every market we work in.
Provider and risk
plinio TL is built and operated by Bureau Wehrmann, a B2B communication agency in Kissing near Augsburg. We are the contractual provider and the data processor. If a customer needs an EU-only path or self-hosting, both run through us; there is no third party behind plinio TL. For AI workflows in regulated environments we partner with PAIRL (https://pairl.dev) for open, auditable model routing.
From Early Signals to a daily system
The underlying method – Early Signals – comes from more than 20 years of agency practice. It is a way to judge a topic before it is crowded: structural driver, open window, expertise fit, cluster depth. plinio TL turns that judgement into a system that runs every day, across every market.
What plinio TL adds
Applied by hand, the method depends on a few people’s time. plinio TL scales that judgement: it does the four checks, watches the lifecycle, writes the reasoning, checks the facts – and stops for a human at every step where judgement matters.
Public record, not logos
We do not have customer logos to show. What we have is boardroom.exchange – a public archive of sealed predictions per industry, with hits and misses. Each prediction is sealed there before the fact, dated and verifiable.
